Sunday 17 September Wigan Warriors take to the pitch wearing a special commemorative shirt

On Sunday 17 September, Wigan Warriors will play Castleford wearing the special, limited edition, commemorative shirt that Erreà has produced, in collaboration with the club, to celebrate their World Club Challenge triumph against Manly in 1987. The magnificent strip specifically commemorates the 30th anniversary of the club's famous victory in 1987, when Wigan became the first club in the world to have won this prestigious trophy, an achievement repeated this year against the Cronulla Sharks. This was Wigan’s fourth title in its history, alongside those of 1992 and 1994, a fact highlighted by the four gold stars that are emblazoned on the shirt, above the club's logo. The shirt is embellished by the particular transfer print finish that incorporates all the usual sponsors into the design. Erreà has produced a limited edition of 1000 of these commemorative shirts, all individually numbered and delivered in special commemorative case. A not-to-missed kit for all fans and collectors of Wigan memorabilia!
