Italian National Volleyball Team Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it becomes available, ensuring you receive it as soon as it's ready for shipment. Pre-order items are marked with a blue ribbon labeled “Preorder.”

To reserve a pre-order item, simply click “Preorder Now” to add it to your cart.

Pre-orders are open on errea.com from May 6 to May 20, 2025. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order reference number and the estimated shipping date

Payment is processed in full at the time of pre-order, confirming your purchase with a delayed shipment.

Note: If there are issues with your payment method (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), your pre-order will be canceled, and you'll receive an email notification.

Your entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are available.

Pre-orders will be shipped starting from the estimated date indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation. Delivery times are considered met if the delivery attempt occurs on or before this date. Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or address issues.

Shipping dates are based on information from our production warehouse and may change. If the estimated shipping date of a pre-ordered item changes or if the item is canceled, you'll be notified via your registered email address.

Yes, you can include multiple pre-order items and in-stock products in a single order. As mentioned earlier, the entire order will ship together once all pre-order items are available.

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order by May 31 by emailing customercare@errea.it with the subject line "Pre-order Cancellation Request #____."

Yes, you can change the shipping address up to 5 days before the estimated shipping date, i.e., until June 10, 2025. Please email customercare@errea.it with the subject line "Pre-order Shipping Address Change #___."

Yes, you'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is handed over to the courier.

No, size or model changes are not possible after confirmation. If an error occurs, we recommend canceling the order by May 31 and placing a new one.
