Returns & Refunds

At a glance

Here are the key rules for returning items:
 
  • • Timing: you can return items within 14 days from delivery.
  • • To request a return you will find the link in the delivery email. If you have lost your email you can do so by clicking HERE.
  • • Costs: returns are free of charge within the EU.
  • • Refund: processed within approx. 2 weeks after the parcel reaches our warehouse.

You may return one or more items within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To start a return, click HERE.

Select the items to return, specify the reason, and complete the steps. You will then receive a DHL label (downloadable directly or sent via email).

Items must be:

  • • returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals
  • • unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • • with original tags and labels still attached
  • • in the same condition as received

Important: damaged, used or tagless items will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Shipping costs of the original order are not refundable.

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, you can return it within 30 days from shipping.

If the item is faulty, you have up to 2 years to request an inspection by Erreà Sport.

We do not offer direct exchanges or size swaps.
If you ordered the wrong size, please return the item and place a new order.

Return shipping is free of charge for EU customers. For returns from non-EU countries, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your parcel reaches our warehouse, we will process the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within approx. 2 weeks.
