Having reached a four-year technical partnership agreement, already effective as of the current season, Erreà Sport will be the national baseball and softball teams' supplier until 2024.
In addition to the match kits, Erreà Sport will put its name to all the men's and women's team and leisurewear for the national players.
FIBS, affiliated with CONI (Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano - Italian National Olympic Committee), promotes baseball and softball in Italy, organizing men's and women's baseball and softball championships at all levels, as well as baseball for the visually impaired and Baseball5.
Angelo Gandolfi, President of Erreà Sport, said: "We are delighted to have embraced the project of the Italian Baseball and Softball Federation, a federation which is dynamic and ambitious and with whom we fully share the same values. During a visit to the company's headquarters in San Polo di Torrile, FIBS President, Andrea Marcon, stated how "it is essential for Italian baseball and softball to be able to carry on its chest the trademark of Italian excellence which bases its international strength on research and the quality of its materials. I am sure that, as was already the case in Tokyo and in the European Championships organized by the Federation in 2021, this collaboration, which has immediately met with the full approval of our athletes, will be able to further develop to our mutual satisfaction over all the coming years and commitments".
