Men’s Nations League: France in the Final Six!

Today, Wednesday 4 July, sees the start of the Final Six of the Volleyball Men's Nations League at the Stade Pierre Mauroy in Lille. The big favourites are France, that are charged with reconfirming themselves, following their 2007 World League victory (from which the current Volleyball National League originated) won in the final against Brazil. France, as a country will also be hosting the European final in 2018, in Paris. The team will therefore have the task of going all out in this final phase, after having topped the sixteen-team round-robin phase with 12 wins and 3 defeats. The six teams that qualified have been divided into two Pools: Pool A with France, Serbia and Brazil Pool B with Russia, USA and Poland France's programme of matches is as follows: Wednesday 4 July 8.45 pm France vs Brazil Friday 6 July 8.45 pm France vs Serbia Saturday 7 July - semifinals Sunday 8 July - final
