Two classes from the Toschi Institute visited Erreà as part of an educational project that brings together art, sport and business. This morning, Year 5 Design and Year 4 Multimedia students were welcomed at the company’s production site in San Polo di Torrile for the second phase of a dynamic and ambitious learning journey.
The initiative aims to develop a visual identity for the Toschi Institute inspired by the aesthetics of sports clubs, to be translated into the design of customised sportswear. The project encouraged students to combine their artistic vision with the visual and communicative language of the sporting world, creating a meaningful synergy between creativity and performance.
The visit marked a key moment in the project: students had the opportunity to witness first-hand the various stages of garment production, experiencing the heart of the industrial process. From digital graphic design to sublimation printing, from cutting to final assembly, students were able to observe how a concept evolves into a finished product, engaging with industry professionals throughout the process.
The initiative, involving the school’s design and multimedia communication departments, stands as a model of effective collaboration between education and industry, highlighting student talent with a strong focus on professional development. The hope is that this experience becomes a replicable model for future educational paths where the region’s cultural and artistic identity connects with its productive excellence.
