Erreà and the Fédération Française de Volley-Ball present the new official kit of the Rio 2016

The official kit designed by Erreà Sport for the French men's volleyball team for the upcoming Rio 2016 Olympic Games was presented yesterday. Returning from the deserved bronze medal at the World League 2016 in Krakow, Tillie's men will wear the new strips produced by Erreà to accompany them on this new and very important adventure. An occasion which for France comes at the end of an extraordinary year, which started in the best possible way in Rio with victory at the World League 2015 in July, and sealed by winning the title of European Champions in Sofia in October. A season to remember, which Erreà wanted to celebrate with a special emotional video, reliving the amazing successes of 2015-2016 and the return to lucky Rio. It is Rio itself, the symbol of Brazil, which is the star of the video, with its sights and monuments, urban landscape and colours, all with a French twist. It plays on the idea, through images, of the deep compassion and connection between the two countries. A fusion between Brazil and France, underlining the place where the success of the French side started and which is now the setting of the Olympic competition, a sort of circle which ends perfectly with the auspicious slogan “ De retour a Rio ”.  https://youtu.be/lG64BEwM-YA Just a few months on from the renewal of the existing contract, Erreà Sport and the FFVB unveil the three official strips for Rio 2016, decorated for the occasion with the stylised icon of the “ Cockerel”, the national emblem and official logo of the French Olympic Committee. - In the classic, traditional colour, the first strip is blue, with transfer printed horizontal stripes in matching tones. Simple and elegant, the jersey has a gold insert on the neck as well as gold trim on the sleeves and shorts. The French tricolour blue white red flag in horizontal format appears on a large-scale on the back of the jersey. - Following tradition, the second jersey is white and the third red. Both, like the first jersey, come with a new cut, with a snug and comfortable fit thanks to the fabric which has a special elasticity and softness, acting like a second skin.
