2018 Women’s World Cup Championship qualification rounds: Italy beats Belgium and is heading to Japan!

Kortrijek. Davide Mazzanti’s Italian women’s team has qualified for the 2018 World Championship! While the Lange Munte stadium was packed with fans, they succeeded in beating another Erreà team, Belgium, 3-0, thus emerging unbeaten from the tournament, without losing so much as a set. The match was evenly balanced at the beginning, with both teams keen to show their superiority. Italy defended and counter-attacked, and was ahead throughout the match.In the last set, Belgium made life difficult for Italy, and the match score swayed back and forth, with both teams falling behind and catching up, until Italy showed their ability to do battle, closing out the match 25-23 and qualifying for the World Championship. Well done girls!!!!!
