Victory for Mahindra in the first round of the Formula E Championship in Hong Kong

Mahindra Racing gets the best possible start in the FIA Formula E Championship. Following the two races, contested on Saturday and Sunday, on Hong Kong's street circuit, the Indian team has immediately taken its place at the top of the constructors’ championship. This is thanks to Nick Heidfeld’s third place finish on Saturday, but above all Felix Rosenqvist‘s victory on Sunday. The Swedish driver made an extraordinary comeback that saw him drive the fastest lap and cross the finishing line in second place. Daniel Abt's post-race disqualification, due to a technical irregularity, handed Rosenqvist first place. An assigned win that has in no way diminished the performance of Mahindra Racing, the first team in Formula E history to qualify on pole position, drive the fastest lap and get a race win, all in the same race. Mahindra Racing's M4Electro cars proved themselves extremely competitive throughout the entire weekend, which bodes well for the rest of the season. Congratulations!!!!
