Refunds and Returns

You can return one or more products within 14 days from the date you received your order.

 

To start the return process, click HERE:

- If you are a registered user, log into your account to view your order history. Select the order you want to return and click "View."

 

- If you purchased as a guest, enter your order number, last name, and the email address used for the purchase.

 

Return Process for All Customers:

  1. 1. Select the order to return and click "Return."
  2. 2. Add the products you want to return.
  3. 3. Complete the required fields and click "Submit" to finalize your request.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary instructions to proceed.

 

Choose your return method:

Reply to the confirmation email indicating your preferred return method:

  • Home pickup: The courier will collect the package at the shipping address specified in your order.
  •  
  • Drop-off at a DHL Point: We will provide you with instructions on how to drop off the package.

 

Processing and Refund:
Once the package arrives at our warehouse, our team will process the return. The refund will be issued to the payment method used at checkout and should appear in your account within approximately 2 weeks.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, where available, and must be accompanied by all relevant access or instruction manuals.
 
The Products must never have been worn, their labels and tags must be properly attached and they must be in the same condition as when you received them.
 
Please note that while we offer refunds for returned items, the shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable.
If you have received a wrong item (different from the one shown in our Online Shop) or a damaged item you can return it within 30 days from the date of shipment.
If the item is faulty, you will have a period of 2 years to request an inspection by Erreà Sport.
We do not offer exchanges for items or sizes.

If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to return the received item through the return procedure and place a new order.
Return shipping costs will be borne by Erreà Sport, except for non-EU countries, for which the shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the customer.
