In the Final held in Civitanova Marche against Cucine Lube, Trentino closed the series at their first match point, crowning a season spent consistently at the top — reaching the finals of the Supercoppa, Club World Championship, CEV Cup, and the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia — and achieving the most awaited success at the crucial moment.
In Game 4, thanks to a comeback in the second set and outstanding performances from Michieletto (MVP), Lucarelli, and captain Sbertoli, Trentino dominated the tie-break, sealing a victory that once again showcases the strength and talent of the yellow-blue team.
