2017 Cev Cup, two Erreà teams in the final. Trentino and Tours contend the title!

Two Erreà teams will face one another in the final of the Cev Cup 2017, the second most important European club competition. Trentino Diatec, which qualified on Saturday 1 April in Turkey with a win over Fenerbahce Sk Istanbul, will be taking on the French team Tours Vb, who put the Rheinmain team of Germany out of the running. This is the fourth time in 17 years this all-Erreà derby has taken place. The first leg will be played in the PalaTrento stadium on 12 April, and the return leg on 15 April in France.   Trentino will thus be celebrating their second final of the season: after the Italian Cup in Bologna on 29 January, they have the chance to make history again, this time in an international competition the club in blue and yellow have already won seven times. Tours Vb, another Erreà team, which in the French championship is getting ready for the play-offs for the title, has always been one of the most representative teams in France. The team’s impressive record includes seven French titles, three Super Cups and nine French Cups, and is the third time in its history it has taken part in the CEV Cup.
