A mix of innovation and respect for the environment. On the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Erreà proudly unveils the new shirts for FIPAV, the Italian Volleyball Federation which will be present with the men's and women's national teams, made with the innovative material Sensibility, a material derived from recycled fibres.
The shirts remain faithful to the iconic shades: light blue for the first kit, white for the second and, in an intriguing new shade, anthracite with gold details for the third. The design features a tone-on-tone or contrasting transfer-printed geometric graphic, which animates the background together with the tricolour flag blending in at the centre and on the sides.
Blue or light blue inserts decorate the V-neck, sleeve edges and sides, while a golden line celebrates achievements with the Italian flag in the centre. The uniforms are completed by the presence of the tricolour flag on the heart side and on the back of the neck. The numbering, always in white, is rendered with an innovative squared font, bringing modernity and originality to the design.
An ISO 14067 certified analysis conducted by ACBC, BCorp and Circular Science, a leading Italian company in B2B green consultancy and partner of Erreà, on the shirts made using the new fabric Sensibility, revealed significant results in terms of impact reduction: the analysis carried out recorded a reduction of approximately 23% in CO2 emissions compared to a standard shirt.
This project, which combines high performance and attention to the environment, is part of a responsible path which, thanks to the support of ACBC , began with drafting and publishing the Erreà Sustainability Manifesto in March 2024, in which the company commits to reducing its per-unit carbon footprint by 30%, by 2030.
