The World Canoe Sprint Championships have closed in Hungary Erreà’s national teams take home medals!

The 2019 Canoe Sprint World Championships have drawn to a close in Szeged, Hungary.

Erreà Sport was there with three national sides, namely Great Britain, Serbia and Sweden.

Making their first appearance, Serbia won silver with Strahinja Stevanović, who was crowned World Championship Runner Up in the men's K1 200 metres, finishing behind Britain's Liam Heath and in front of the Spaniard Carlos Carrote.

The Championships closed with excellent performances from all the members of the Serbian team, that came close to a Gold, with Milica Starović in the women’s K1 500 metres, ensuring her team takes a second step towards the Tokyo Olympics. Our heartfelt congratulations go to all our national teams!!!
