Ravenna goes back to Europe! It has qualified for the Challenge Cup!

Ravenna has qualified for the 2017 Challenge Cup, Europe's third most important competition. The yellow and red team defeated Piacenza by 3-2 (25-23; 24-26; 21-25; 25-23; 15-12) in the Final of the Play-offs forfifth place in the SuperLeague and with it a pass to the next European tournament. The end of a hugely satisfying season has culminated in the team from Emilia making its return to Europe, after a two-year absence, in an attempt to revive its illustrious past. At two sets to one down, Lyneel and his team mates managed to turn the game around, finding the strength to fight their way back and win the match. One of the symbols of the match was Groznadov, who was decisive in the last two games, whilst Lyneel was a worthy winner of the MVP award.  Well done guys!
