Savino Del Bene Volley wins CEV Cup for the first time in its history

Savino Del Bene Volley made history in Italian volleyball by winning the CEV Cup for the first time. After winning the Challenge Cup last season, the Italian team once again prevailed at the continental level, defeating Romania's Alba Blaj in two games.

In the first final, played at home, Savino Del Bene Volley won 3-1, demonstrating great determination and strong team cohesion. In the second game, played in Romania, the Italian team prevailed once again, winning 3-0 and claiming the trophy.

Barbolini's team showed great superiority on the field, thanks to a very effective offensive and defensive game. The MVP of the match was Ekaterina Antropova, who scored 20 points, 4 aces, and 1 winning block.

Savino Del Bene Volley celebrated the cup victory, but will have to immediately return to the field for the first game of the quarterfinals against Volley Bergamo 1991. The Italian team is ready to defend the title of Italian champion and continue writing its history in European volleyball.

The victory in the CEV Cup is further confirmation of the competitiveness and strength of Savino Del Bene Volley, one of the strongest and most competitive teams in the national and European panorama. The Italian team has shown that it is capable of competing at a high level in all competitions, and is preparing to face future challenges with great determination and ambition.
