Refunds and Returns
You may return one or more products within 14 days from the date you received the goods ordered.
Below you will find the procedure for arranging your return:

  • 1. Log into your Erreà account
  • 2. Click on the section "MY RETURNS" (left column)
  • 3. Click on "New RETURN Request"
  • 4. Select the order you wish to return, in whole or in part
  • 5. Select the item you wish to return
  • 6. Click on "Send request"

Follow the return procedure indicated above; Wait for the return acceptance email from our returns department, together with the label with our address to be affixed on the package; You will be contacted by our courier, who will go to the address you indicated to collect the package containing the item(s) you wish to return.
You will receive an e-mail from Erreà Sport Spa to confirm that we have received your return.
 
As soon as our returns department has received and inspected your return, you will receive an email to confirm that we have refunded you.
If you have any questions or requests for help, or if you need a copy of the return form, please contact our Customer Service.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, where available, and must be accompanied by all relevant access or instruction manuals.
 
The Products must never have been worn, their labels and tags must be properly attached and they must be in the same condition as when you received them.
 
Please note that while we offer refunds for returned items, the shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable.
If you have received a wrong item (different from the one shown in our Online Shop) or a damaged item you can return it within 30 days from the date of shipment.
If the item is faulty, you will have a period of 2 years to request an inspection by Erreà Sport.
We do not offer exchanges for items or sizes.

If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to return the received item through the return procedure and place a new order.
Return shipping costs will be borne by Erreà Sport, except for non-EU countries, for which the shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the customer.
