Erreà will be kitting out the Faroe Islands, thanks to the UEFA Kit Assistance Scheme

Erreà Sport and the Faroe Islands Football Association (FSF) have unveiled the new national team kits, produced as a result of the Erreà - UEFA agreement under the Kit Assistance Scheme, through which UEFA supports smaller football associations by supplying technical sports gear.

Plain and on a white background, the home shirt has a vertical stripe on the right-hand side, consisting of thin lines in shades of blue and red, designed to recreate the colours of the national flag.

The sleeve ends and the ribbed collar are in blue, whilst the country’s flag appears on back of the collar.

To round everything off, Erreà’s logo appears in the centre of the chest, whilst that of the Football Association is on the left.

The home strip is finished off with blue shorts with a white trim and socks of the same colour.

The colours of the away shirt are reversed, when compared to the home strip, replacing the vertical stripe with a cross which recalls that seen on the flag. In addition to having the Erreà logo on the right, that of the Association is symbolically positioned on the left, the side of the heart.

Erreà has produced a third shirt for the Faroe Islands which is made up in the same way as the home kit but it has a green background and thin lines in shades of white, red and blue, that have the same meaning, and shorts that have the same background.

All the strips are tight fitting and made from Mundial fabric, which is soft, breathable and has a double-knit structure.

All garments are certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100, the authoritative certificate that verifies all stages of the product chain by setting extremely strict limits on substances harmful to health.

Once again this is a kit that is both refined and striking and capable of perfectly combining a sense of identity with the practicality of the garment.
