Classic colours, innovative graphics and the latest generation of fabrics all feature in USAP Perpignan’s new official kits for the 2018-2019 season. Historical tradition is revisited with eye-catching graphics and an innovative fabric that combines with technology to create the distinctive elements that are the inspiration behind the new shirts created for Rugby Perpignan by Erreà for the forthcoming Top 14 season. The first shirt is characterised by the historic return of the blue kit, with details and inserts in white. The unprecedented and original totally geometric graphic, is made up of grained blocks that, together with the movement of the sleeves, form a sort of chevron band that fades into the white. The colour white is also repeated in the collar, in the centre of which appears the flag with the Catalan colours of yellow/red that also appear down the sides. Particular care has gone into the back of the shirt, which is characterised by the same geometric graphic and the words in italics “Sempre Endavant” (Always Forward), the motto for the forthcoming 2018-2019 season. Below this, in a fabric characterised by its elasticity and softness, is a special pocket designed to hold the GPS device that will monitor performances and the data provided by the players throughout the match. Another innovative feature is the “Ruck” fabric, which is characterised by its excellent resistance and hold, combined with exceptional elasticity and wearability properties. To assist and optimise the catching of the ball, the middle part of the shirt, at chest height, features a distinctive rubberised serigraph, designed specifically for rugby.
