The Marbella Rugby Club School travelled to Jerez de la Frontera (Cadiz) to compete in the Campeonato de Andalucía in the 6,8,10 and 12-year old categories. It came away with some outstanding results, being crowned champion in the 8,10 and 12-year-old categories and runner up in the 6-year-old category.
A record season, with over 80 teams and 1200 players taking part. These successes are a confirmation of how Marbella Rugby Club has increasingly become a point of reference, when it comes to the training of players, as is evidenced by the fact that it is the Club with the highest number of teams playing in the different categories (11 in total), with the greatest numbers of players (more than 120 between the ages of 5 and 11) and the largest number of trainers and delegates.
These are milestones that provide even more impetus ahead of the forthcoming commitments such as the Torneo Internacional del Sur in Seville in March, the Marbella Sol Cup in April and the National Championship in May.
