Benetton Rugby and Erreà are excited to unveil the new home shirt for the 2023/24 season, a creation that embodies the essence of rugby and their longstanding and fruitful collaboration.
In keeping with tradition, the shirt retains the distinctive white and green horizontal stripes, reinterpreting them in an interesting irregular pattern. A keen eye will also spot a tone-on-tone geometric design in the upper section, and a refined graphic of a map of Treviso, discretely worked into the white part of the shirt. In a nod to their glorious past, the famous Lions' motto, "È ora di ruggire” (It's time to roar), is included unchanged on the "V" neck collar.
The set is finished off with green shorts and white and green socks, for perfect visual harmony.
What makes this warrior shirt truly special is its durability combined with the state-of-the-art technology built into its design. The upper section, on the chest, features a rubberised silkscreen print; this is strategically located in the areas that come into contact most often with the oval ball, ensuring an impeccable grip in all play situations.
The mid-section of the shirt is made from the exceptional Erreà Ruck fabric, known for its superior robustness and optimal fit. But the innovations do not end there: a second layer of fabric, carefully incorporated into the collar, is home to a small pocket that can hold a sophisticated GPS tracking device.
