As the previous year, the kits of Real Sebastiani Rieti for the 2024-2025 season have been officially presented in advance.
Once again, for the upcoming season, the club will offer three different jerseys: the first one will be white, with light blue stripes fading delicately into amaranth; the second one will be a deep dark blue with the same design, both distinguished by the transparency with the image of the Velino river of Rieti; while the third option will be characterized by green, with amaranth-sky blue borders and the arches of the Vescovado of Rieti in the foreground.
Massimo Olivieri, Head of the Basketball Division, commented: “It's an honor for us to collaborate with Sebastiani, which once again this year has anticipated everyone. This planning and foresight really belong to only a few companies. We have been collaborating for three years now, next year will be four, and I see a constant growth every year. Sebastiani is special, it carries a weighty name that has made history in Italian basketball, and this club is honoring it to the fullest. Really, congratulations because besides the first team, RSR pays special attention to the youth sector which wears the same jerseys as the A2, and this aspect, as a former coach, is truly special.”
Subsequently, designer Barbara Mainardi took the floor explaining the graphic idea developed for the new jerseys: “After using more extravagant designs last year, this time we returned to stripes; the first two jerseys start with light blue stripes and continue with amaranth, reflecting the city's colors, on the background, we brought back the Velino river. The third one in green takes up the arches of the bishopric, so these are three jerseys that are closely linked to the city's identity, and in which, in addition to my professional side, I also put a lot of passion because I don't hide it, I have been a fan of Sebastiani since the first year.”
Finally, President Roberto Pietropaoli commented on the new jerseys and the relationship with Erreà: “First of all, I must thank Erreà immensely, we really couldn't find a better partner. For me, foresight and planning in a sports club and not only, are everything! For us, it is a pride to be, once again, the first in Italy and not only to present the kits for the next season."
