Minerva Volley chooses Erreà

Erreà and Minerva Volley join forces in a new technical agreement, born out of the collaboration with Erreà Play and designed to support a fast-growing local organisation.

Minerva Volley is a young yet ambitious club, founded in the early 2000s and in recent years has experienced remarkable growth, rising from regional Serie D to national Serie B2 in just three seasons. Alongside the first team, the club benefits from a provincial first division side (recently promoted) and a youth sector that is expanding thanks to collaboration with Sport Leafness of Pontetaro. This progression tells a story of passion, organisation and the determination to make women’s volleyball increasingly structured and recognised in the Emilia region.

Today the team visited the Erreà headquarters to see up close the production process behind their match kits, and as an official moment to present the new uniforms and celebrate the start of the partnership.

The match jersey is built upon three key concepts: energy, identity and unity, expressed through clean lines, colour contrasts and diagonal geometry that convey dynamism and passion. Within the design is embedded the “M” of Minerva — hidden yet evident — a graphic sign that becomes a symbol of belonging and protection, like a modern armour accompanying the athletes in every challenge.

Alongside this, the pre-match shirt pays homage to Native American culture, reinterpreted in a contemporary key. The dreamcatcher, the eagle and the wampum become graphic elements evoking inner strength, courage and trust, transforming the kit into an anthem to the dreams and determination of the players.

With this new collaboration, Erreà and Minerva Volley do more than share a technical agreement — they choose to intertwine values and visions, transforming a jersey into a symbol of identity and belonging. It is a joint journey linking tradition and innovation, roots and future, with the aim of bringing renewed strength and visibility to women’s volleyball in Parma.
