Erreà City ID: a style lab for the future of basketball

Now in its sixth edition, Erreà City ID has become an unmissable event in the Italian basketball scene.

The new collection, created specifically for the clubs of Cremona, Derthona, Treviso, Venice, and Varese, represents a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality, designed to accompany the teams during the pre-season.

This is not merely a project but a genuine experimental lab where the typical style of the basketball world is renewed by combining innovation, identity, and design to offer a forward-looking vision of how the aesthetics and dynamics of basketball might evolve in the coming years, attracting the attention of the most passionate fans.

For 2024, Erreà drew inspiration from the symbols and iconic imagery of the clubs, reinterpreting them with a new decorative and illustrative approach. Logos and mascots have been redesigned to evoke an ancient and captivating atmosphere, transforming into ornamental elements presented in two variants: a dark version that echoes the club's traditional colours, and a light version characterised by delicate cream hues. This chromatic duality allows the garments to adapt to different situations and contexts, always maintaining a strong connection with the club's visual identity.

Each garment is designed to integrate harmoniously with matchday and technical clothing, ensuring stylistic continuity from training to official competitions. This attention to detail allows the teams to face the preparation phase with complete equipment that meets technical needs without sacrificing elegance.

The graphic concept of the collection materialises in an exclusive kit that includes a carefully selected range of items, including a vest, trousers, hoodie, jacket, and baselayer.

In terms of communication, City ID 2024 has undergone a stylistic evolution. The new approach departs from traditional practices, presenting a photoshoot and styling that adopts a more magazine-like aesthetic, placing the collection in a visually unique context compared to the usual sports environment.
