Erreà Sport SpA as Controller of your personal data pursuant to and for the purposes of Reg. (EU) 2016/679, Privacy Code amended by Italian Legislative Decree 101/18 and the provisions and guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of individuals and of other subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

The information and personal data you provide or otherwise acquired when using the website will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned legislation and with the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.

Type of data processed

  1. a) Browsing data

During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures employed in the running of this website gather some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This information is not gathered in order to be associated to the identified data subjects, but, due to its nature, it may make it possible to identify users by way of processing and association with data held by third parties. Processing methods: personal data are processed with manual, electronic tools, through automated systems and also through cookies for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Each processing takes place in compliance with the methods indicated by current legislation [Reg. The processing connected to the web services is carried out at the headquarters of the Controller and at the OVH provider located in France and the data are stored at the offices where the physical servers are located.

Your data may be disclosed to third parties because of contractual obligations or the Controller’s legitimate interest, in particular to:

  • Companies that carry out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the website

With reference to browsing data a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed has been established.
