RETURNS AD REFUNDS
You may return one or more products within 14 days as of the date on which you received the goods ordered.
Please find below the procedure to arrange your return:
- Access your Erreà account
- Click on the section “MY RETURNS” (column on the left)
- Click on “New RETURN request”
- Select the order you wish to return, in full or in part
- Select the item/s you wish to return
- Click on “Send request”
- The Products must be returned in their original package, where available, and must be equipped with all the related accessories or instruction manuals. The Products must have never been worn, their labels and tags and must be duly attached and they must be in the same conditions as when you received them.
- Follow the return procedure indicated above;
- Wait for the return acceptance e-mail from our returns office, together with the label with our address to affix to the package;
- You will be contacted by our courier, who will come to the address you provided to collect the packaging containing the item/s you wish to return.
You will receive an e-mail by Erreà Sport S.p.A. to confirm that we received your return. As soon as our Returns Dept. has received and inspected your return, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we refunded you.

WRONG, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a wrong item (differing from the one shown at our Online Store) or a damaged item you may return it within 30 days as of shipment date. If the item is defective, you will have a period of 2 years to request a verification by Erreà Sport.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return costs will be paid by Erreà Sport, except for non-EU countries, for which shipping costs for returns must be paid by the customer.
