You may return one or more products within 14 days as of the date on which you received the goods ordered.
To start a return claim, you must contact our customer service using the form provided in the Contacts section of our Website.
The refund does not include transport charges.
- 1.The Products must be returned in their original package, where available, and must be equipped with all the related accessories or instruction manuals. The Products must have never been worn, their labels and tags and must be duly attached and they must be in the same conditions as when you received them.
- 2.Fill in the form in the Contacts section of our website www.errea.it indicating in the notes field the date on which you would like our freight forwarder to pick up the package;
- 3.Wait for the return acceptance notice that you will receive from our Returns Dept.;
- 4.You will be contacted by our freight forwarder who will go to the indicated address to pick up the package containing the item you wish to return. The freight forwarder will provide you the label with our address and will apply it to the package.
You will receive an e-mail by Erreà Sport S.p.A. to confirm that we received your return. As soon as our Returns Dept. has received and inspected your return, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we refunded you.

Wrong, defective or damaged items
If you received a wrong item (differing from the one shown at our Online Store) or a damaged item you may return it within 30 days as of shipment date. If the item is defective, you will have a period of 2 years to request a verification by Erreà Sport.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The costs of shipping the first return are paid by Erreà Sport S.p.A. The shipping costs for subsequent returns are charged to the customer.
