The roots of tradition and the desire to innovate are a feature of the new U.S. Alessandria Calcio 1912’s new kits from Erreà for the forthcoming 2019-2020 season.
The classical combines with a longing to innovate and offer elegance and sophistication for the Greys’ forthcoming season in the Italian Serie C football league.
Respect for tradition combined with extreme care and attention to detail are what inspire the first shirt, that is clean and basic in the usual grey with the details in white that feature on the distinctive mandarin style collar with small buttons and the sleeve ends. The inside of the collar's semi-circular patch reveals something new in the form of the transfer printed silhouette and image of the Giuseppe Moccagatta Stadium. The lower part of the shirt is embellished with the club's initials, also transfer printed in matching shades, as per the team's logo. On the back, as a recurrent theme, are the stitched symbol of the bear and the year of the club's foundation “1912”.
Also designed and interesting are the choice of fabric that combines two technical yarns that are capable of guaranteeing the shirt high performance levels. The fabric of the shirt's central body section, with a double-knit construction, is soft and has micro holes that help body heat to evaporate. It combines with the insertion of a special mesh down the sides that is designed to ensure maximum freshness and breathability, rendering the fitting more modern and comfortable.
The away shirt is original and eye-catching and, although it confirms the colour red, last season's horizontal lines have replaced by thin vertical lines in matching shades that gradually merge into a darker shade of red on the left-hand side. The polo collar has been replaced by a model of the mandarin collar but this time without buttons. The use of a double fabric is also confirmed for the second shirt. Identical to that of the central part, a shiny and elasticated fabric is used down the sides with an open knit structure and medium sized holes that favour perfect regulation of the body temperature.
