With a brand-new, original, aggressive look, the official home shirt for the 2020-2021 season of Parma Calcio 1913 features black sleeves for the very first time.

The regal, black wings of the Phoenix, the new emblem of the Club, symbolise rebirth, part of a constant evolution that keeps the club flying high every time.

This important, strongly symbolic new look was highlighted by the evocative style of the presentation and the photo shoot, which enhanced the inspiration for the shirt to the full thanks to the setting and the classy light and shade effect.

The striking, feisty black sleeves are by no means the only innovative feature of the kit, which features the classic cross pattern, with simple lines enhanced by original new details.

The shirt features a new take on the V neck, ribbed like the white sleeve edge and finished on the inside with the neck tape, customised with the lettering “Parma Calcio 1913”, which also appears on the side panels. The fitted shirt features a special mesh insert under the sleeves.

The back of the shirt - longer than the front for a more modern look - features the pure Phoenix symbol embroidered in gold under the collar, this year without the name of the club for an even clearer focus on the icon that represents the team.

An important new characteristic for 2020-2021 is the antiviral fabric the kit is made from: the shirt with the cross is in Ti-energy fabric, made with zinc oxide nanoparticles permanently encapsulated within the fibres, which activate an effective antibacterial and antiviral action. In addition, the Minusnine J1 treatment makes the fabric extremely waterproof. This functions allows the fabric to form an effective protective barrier against liquids, droplets, germs and virus.

Parma Calcio 1913 will be the first club in the Italian Serie A championship to take to the field wearing this highly technical yarn, able to help keep their players safe.

Once again, style and innovation join forces to allow the team to keep fighting with their heads held high, and to face the new season that's about to begin.
