The Trento Sports Festival attracted over 50,000 participants and more than 150 events, transforming the city into a vibrant outdoor Olympic village. Even though it ended on October 13th, the "Born to Win" edition remains memorable.
Organized by La Gazzetta dello Sport and Trentino Marketing, with the support of various institutions and under the patronage of CONI and the Italian Paralympic Committee, the festival continues to maintain its unique charm.
This year, the public enthusiastically participated, confirming high attendance and enjoying a program full of prominent names, activities, exhibitions, and special events. In total, 150 appointments took place over four days, with more than 300 guests.
On stage and in the squares, champions shared the emotions, techniques, values, and dreams that marked their careers and lives. It was a unique opportunity for athletes, fans, and curious people of all ages to get closer to sports protagonists in a relaxed atmosphere, without competition uniforms, free from the pressure of the stopwatch, and far from the tension of competition.
Erreà, as the official apparel sponsor, sponsored the basketball and padel courts, providing clothing not only to the instructors but also to all participants. The company dressed the padel event and was the protagonist of a special talk dedicated to volleyball.
On Saturday, the 12th, attention was focused on the Meet & Greet with talent Alessandro Michieletto at Piazza Fierra Padel. In the early afternoon, the spotlight shifted to the padel match with former football legends. Finally, a talk was held with Julio Velasco at the Teatro Sociale, enriched by a spectacular backdrop featuring the jerseys of the Italian Women's National Team, which triumphed at the Paris Olympic Games.
