France triumphs at the World League and wins its second European Championship title

French volleyball on top of the world!!!

France has won the men's volleyball World League 2017 beating Brazil 3 - 2 in the final played at the Curitiba football stadium. A really tight final saw a French victory with scores of 21-25, 25-15, 25-23, 19-25, 15-13 which gave it its second world title. Yet another disappointing result for Brazil, after having lost all of its last five finals in which it has played.

A stunning success, on the other hand, for France, sporting the Erreà logo, proving itself a great team and living up to all the pre-tournament expectations. A well-deserved success for the French team who dominated the competition winning twelve of its thirteen games and a second title in its history, following its success in 2015.

Earvin Ngapeth delivered another exceptional performance, and he followed up his outstanding play in the semifinal with a repeat performance in the final, where he scored no fewer than 29 points. The revelation of the tournament proved to be the hitter, Stephen Boyer, who plays for another Erreà team,  Chaumont Volley.
