The Icelandic national football team make a return visit to Parma. The team will once again be hosted at the Tardini Stadium!
The Icelandic National Football team makes a welcome return to Parma to prepare for its challenging 5th qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals in Russia.
A most welcome visit to Parma and to the Tardini Stadium, where Iceland will be training, in daily sessions, from Sunday 20 to Wednesday 22 March, in order to be on top form for their match against Kosovo on 24 March.
Journalists and fans will be allowed in to all the sessions half an hour before they start and they’ll be able to stay for the first fifteen minutes of training. After that the team will continue its preparations behind closed doors.
On Friday 24 March, at the Loro Boriçi Stadium in Shkodër, at 8.45 pm, Hallgrímsson’s players will be expected to deliver another important performance in Group I as they take on Kosovo, a particularly difficult opponent.
This is immensely satisfying for Erreà, official technical sponsor of the KSÍ (Football Association of Iceland) since 2002, and for the city of Parma, both of whom are proud to host the stars of those extraordinary achievements at Euro 2016.
