Erreà partner of 'I Boreali', the most important festival dedicated to North European culture. The national Icelandic football team in the spotlight!
Erreà Sport was partner of I Boreali, the biggest festival in Italy dedicated entirely to North European culture. Directed and organized by Iperborea and now at its fourth edition, it was held at the Franco Parenti Theatre in Milan from 22-25 February 2018, in collaboration with important institutional partners and major private sponsors (Fiskars, iittala, Volvo, IKEA, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Stora Enso, Carlsberg and Ceres have all taken turns in the various editions).
For the 2018 edition there were two authoritative media partnerships: Corriere della Sera and Il Post. During the Festival, on Thursday 22 February to be precise, a meeting was held dedicated entirely to the Icelandic football team, in collaboration with "L'Ultimo Uomo" magazine and one of its writers, Leonardo Piccione. The evening took a look at the great sporting achievement of Iceland, its upcoming participation in the 2018 World Cup, through a series of stories, videos, interviews, and the participation of some leading players of Icelandic literature and culture.
In particular, Erreà, as a special gift, donated a personalized national team strip to the author Jón Kalman Stefánsson, the greatest living Icelandic author (bookmakers have him down as a likely winner of the Nobel Prize) who is also very popular in Italy. The pictures show the presenting of the shirt and his speech!
